Principal Production Engineer

Description

• Lead production engineering activities, including performance analysis, production optimization, and field development planning.
• Provide expert input in Field Development Plans (FDP), with hands-on experience in well performance analysis, remedial well reactivation, artificial lift systems (primarily gas lift), well stimulation, sand control and management, and conceptual completion design.
• Conduct and oversee Nodal Analysis and Integrated Production Network Modeling using the PETEX suite of tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and implement production enhancement strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure best practices are applied across production technology domains.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to support internal and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of twenty (20) years of working experience in production engineering, with minimum ten (10) years working experience as Staff/Lead Engineer with Exploration & Production Operator.
• Have experience as Production Technologist in Field Development Plan and Production Surveillance Hands on in Well Performance Analysis, Remedial Well Reactivation, Artificial Lift (mainly gas lift), Stimulation, Sand Control and Management, Field Development Plan i.e. Conceptual Completion Design. Have experience in Nodal Analysis and Integrated Production Network Modeling exercise under PETEX suite.
