Safety & Health Officer (Johor)

Position: Safety & Health Officer

Contract Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Johor (Segamat / Pasir Gudang)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise of work site activities to ensure full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and Petronas HSEMS and its regulations
• Develop and implement project specific HSE systems and requirements in collaboration within the PMT.
• Implement and monitor a common and consistent risk based HSES culture throughout the project.
• Develop and monitor an integrated approach in HSES risk management across project phases and ensure implementation of mitigations by the contractor.
• Reviewing contractor HSES documentation as required (Policies, Procedures, etc.) and perform Gap Analysis when required.
• Monitor for effectiveness and assist in implementation of Project HSES Management Plan.
• To consistently work with SSS and ABT HSE regarding with project HSE matters

Requirement

• Physically fit.
• Bachelor Degree in relevant field or DOSH Registered SHO.
• Min. 5 years working experience with Petronas HSE.
