Senior Project Engineer

• This is a contract basis position where the duration is until February 2027

Requirements

• The jobholder should hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and preferably a Registered Professional Engineer.
• For Senior Project Engineer minimum 10 years, Project Engineer minimum 8 years in engineering design, procurement, construction, installation, hooks-up and commissioning of oil and gas facilities.
• Experience in direct supervision of disciplines engineers, engineering firms and consultants.
• Familiar with the engineering firms, offshore fabricators and construction industry, equipment suppliers of major packages and service providers.
• Experience in managing technical interfaces between engineering, construction, installation and commissioning and various other stakeholders, e.g., subsurface, drilling, operations.
• Experience in working under the Stage Gate development process systems.
• Well verse with engineering, codes, standards and procedures.
• Knowledge in FDP process, project execution phases and activities, development of project schedule and cost estimates. Familiar with PETRONAS Procedures and Guidelines.
• Knowledge of procurement and contracting strategy, inclusive of Contractor HSE management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including oral and written reporting and organization management.
