Senior Reservoir Engineer

We are hiring on behalf of client for position of Senior Reservoir Engineer:

• Possess a B.Sc / B.A. or higher Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years working experience related to reservoir engineering discipline in oil and gas industry.
• In-depth proficiency in reservoir simulation and classical reservoir engineering techniques.
• Proficient in reservoir simulation work and well surveillance in wide range of reservoir simulation software packages (Eclipse black-oil simulator and Petrel RE power user).
• Highly competent in performing and quality checking data analysis namely PVT, rock properties and production performance.
• Knowledge of Saphir and PETEX software (PROSPER, MBAL and GAP) is an added advantage.
• Experienced in full range of basic engineering criteria, including logging, PVT and core analysis.
• Experienced in communication of complex engineering concepts.
• Strong work planning skills, strong coordination skills with subsurface team members, strong analytical skills, good presentation and documentation skills.
• Familiar with reserves evaluation process.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment comprising diverse disciplines and cultures.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Leading and mentoring of junior engineering staff.
• Familiar with PETRONAS technical review process; able to formulate FDP, FFR and similar processes.
