About the job Planner, Well Services
Responsibilities
- Provide planning support to the Well Integrity & Services Team.
- Cost controller with SAP knowledge to raise PO, PR, review invoices and tracking of expenditure for business continuity.
- Preparation and monitoring of well surveillance, production optimization, well integrity and well work budgets
- Update, keep current and verify the Well Integrity & Services (WIS) performance database.
- Prepare, monitor and update the Well Integrity & Services (WIS) KPIs
- Monitor and administrate WIS Contracts
- Carry out routine business support, administrative tasks and routine reporting and analysis.
- Business Planning for Near & Long-Term Activities
- Intermediate knowledge in SAP to raise PO, PR, SE and review invoices and expenditure tracking for WIS.
- Work Program and Budget (WP&B) - Primary focal person for Well Integrity & Services Team (WIS) for the yearly WP&B submission
- Yearly Activities Planning & Execution
- Update the CAPEX & OPEX budget monthly.
- Verify the charges are correctly and accurately input based on the cost trackers
- Work with Finance to prepare, submit and present the Monthly Financial Report to CHOC Senior Managers
- Manage and Update the WIS Section Data Gathering Plan (DGP) & Performance Database
- Manage the Surveillance/Data Acquisition (Wells & Reservoir) Schedule and the Well Intervention Schedule
- Inventory Management and Planning for Well Integrity & Services
- Work with well integrity and well services engineer to procure inventory and spares
- Ensure vendor delivery within lead time
- Cost Monitoring and Forecasting
- Provide monthly WIS Value of Work Done (VOWD) estimate to finance for month end closing. This includes well intervention, data acquisition, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance scope.
- Contract Administration
- Support WIS contract change order and administration.
- Review and monitor contract utilization
- Support Master Procurement Planning (MPP) for WIS department
- Other Business and Technical Support
- Provide support in services and equipment/materials coordination for the well work activities (e.g. prepare items for approval in SAP, prepare SOs, assist in invoice processing, ATF processing)
- Participate in Annual Stock Take at Supply Base
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering disciplines or professional qualification in Economics or Finance
- Minimum 5 work experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Good command of the Microsoft suite of software, in particular Excel and PowerPoints
- Knowledge of petroleum economics is essential.
