Position : D&C Materials Coordinator

Location : Kuala Lumpur / Terengganu / Kelantan (Onshore)

Job Description:

• Manages the end-to-end logistics, tracking, and inventory of equipment for drilling operations, ensuring materials are mobilized to wellsite safely and efficiently.
• Optimize loadouts, managing vendors, rental, and warehouse inventory, reducing costs, and maintaining compliance with safety/technical standards.
• Track all material movements in systems, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and minimizing, managing, and controlling rental equipment cost.
• Liaise with vendors for materials, manage urgent requirements to prevent downtime, and ensure third-party equipment is available.
• Support D&C Superintendent and engineers by planning material requirements, preparing, and issuing load lists for rig operations.
• Capture lessons learnt and best practices for all the materials & logistics operations

Qualification/Skills:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in materials & logistics management in Drilling.
• Proposed personnel must possess a tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
