Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate material tracking, purchasing, and inspection activities.
  • Ensure all materials and equipment are ready prior to job execution.
  • Liaise closely with Company Man and site supervisors (Drilling, Completion, Well Intervention) to support operational requirements.
  • Arrange and manage mobilization and demobilization of equipment and materials to / from worksites.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor and maintain minimum /maximum stock levels to ensure material availability.
  • Support daily operational activities by ensuring timely material preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all material movements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Certificate in Engineering or equivalent, OR acceptable working experience in oil and gas industry.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in material tracking and purchasing, material inspection and coordination.
  • Maintain close communication with Company Man i.e. Completion Supv, Drilling Supv, Well Intervention Supv and Material Specialist to ensure the required material to support the operation is prepared in advance prior to the job execution.
  • Manage equipment or material movement for preparation to worksite or / and equipment return from worksite.
  • Work closely with warehouse inventory management and Well Services focal to produce min/max inventory for stock items.
