Completions Supervisor, Lead

We are connecting experienced Completions & Well Intervention professionals to support client projects, ensuring high standards of safety, technical expertise, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all onsite completions, intervention, and workover operations, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and budgetary requirements, reporting to Lead DSV.
• Manage day-to-day completions activities in line with the drilling program and company standards.
• Provide guidance to the Lead Drilling Supervisor and/or D&C Superintendent (or designated personnel).
• Actively participate in HSE programs including HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, RA
• Ensure compliance with Company's Standards and Procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Drilling, Completions, Workover, Intervention and Well Testing operations; with minimum of 5 years of HTHP (or minimum 5 HTHP wells) experience.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards.
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
