Completion Supervisor

We are connecting experienced Completions Supervisors to support client projects, ensuring high standards of safety, technical expertise, and operational excellence in all completions and well intervention operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all onsite completions, intervention, and workover operations, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and budgetary requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day completions activities, ensuring adherence to the completions program and company standards.
• Provide guidance and technical support to the Lead CSV, DSV, and/or D&C Superintendent (or designated personnel).
• Maintain visible commitment to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), prioritizing safety performance across all drilling and completion operations.
• Actively participate in HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, RA, and other HSE programs.
• Ensure compliance with the company's standards, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Drilling, Completions, Workover, Intervention, and Well Testing operations, including at least 5 years of HTHP experience (or a minimum of 5 HTHP wells).
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal, and written English skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and supervise multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
