Job Description: Onshore Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage onshore activities related to subsea inspection projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee SIMS-related operations, including interfacing, customization, and integration into client systems.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of subsea inspection activities.
  • Provide technical oversight on Diver and/or ROV intervention operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical and operational challenges to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in Subsea Inspection Management System (SIMS) operations.
  • Possess additional recognized training or familiarization in Diver or ROV intervention and/or subsea inspection methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and offshore project execution best practices.
