Scope of Works:

  • Sourcing & Tendering
    • Plan and execute sourcing activities for low-value, high-value, and complex requirements, including urgent and ad-hoc requests.
    • Manage end-to-end tendering processes including preparation of Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
    • Ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with project requirements and governance standards.
  • Procurement Planning Execution
    • Support implementation of procurement plans for materials and services.
    • Track procurement activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and prevent delays.
  • Cost Optimization & Value Creation
    • Drive cost savings through negotiation, market analysis, and value engineering initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities for scope optimization, bundling of requirements, and pricing improvements.
  • Contract Management
    • Prepare and coordinate contract documentation with relevant stakeholders (technical, legal, finance, and contractors).
    • Ensure timely submission of contract requirements such as guarantees, bonds, and insurance.
    • Support post-award contract administration activities.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure all procurement activities comply with established policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
    • Maintain transparency, integrity, and ethical standards in all procurement processes.
  • Stakeholder Management & Improvement
    • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing within procurement processes.
  • HSE
    • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements in all procurement-related activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Master's Degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within the oil & gas industry, preferably in a Joint Operating or Production Sharing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract management processes.
  • Familiar with Invitation to Bid (ITB) processes, contract documentation, and procurement governance.
  • Understanding of Incoterms, basic finance, cost, and economics principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
