Position : Safety SSHE Engineer

Job Description:

• Implement, monitor, and enforce SSHE policies, procedures, and standards on project sites.
• Conduct SSHE inspections, audits, and risk assessments for onshore and offshore activities.
• Provide SSHE guidance and support to engineering, construction, and project teams.
• Review project designs and construction plans to ensure compliance with SSHE requirements.
• Participate in incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action follow-up.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and SSHE training sessions for project personnel.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
• Support the construction or upgrading of offshore facilities with SSHE oversight.
• Maintain accurate SSHE records, reports, and documentation.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all project activities.

Qualification/Skills:

• Recognized Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience as an SSHE Engineer in oil and gas projects (onshore, offshore, facilities, and pipeline).
• Extensive experience and knowledge in the construction or upgrading of offshore facilities.
• Medically fit for onshore and offshore work.
