Position : Well Services Supervisor

Location : Miri, Sarawak (Offshore)

Scope of Works:

  • Supervise well intervention and well integrity operations at the worksite in accordance with approved programs and industry standards (e.g., PPGUA, U-Image, WIMS, WIAG), ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational requirements while achieving project objectives with optimal cost efficiency.
  • Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) system, including application, validation, and close-out, by verifying that all hazards are identified, risks are mitigated, and control measures are in place prior to execution of work.
  • Make timely and effective technical decisions during well intervention and integrity operations (e.g., well control or platform emergencies) by assessing on-site conditions, conducting risk evaluations, and implementing corrective actions to ensure well integrity and minimize operational downtime.
  • Review and evaluate well intervention and integrity programs for technical feasibility, and recommend improvements, best practices, and optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and control costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Engineering/Science or any related fields.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience as team leader in Wells Intervention and Services operation (preferably in Malaysian water). Experience working as Well Services supervisor will be an advantage.
  • Experienced in coil tubing, wireline, slickline, vessel workboat operation, and/or Integrity Engineering & Operation.
  • Possess valid IWCF Level 4
  • Possess valid BOSIET/HUET/EDB certification
  • Good English proficiency (verbal/writing) and good communication skills
  • Possess basic computer skills (MS Office or equivalent)
