Business Development Associate

elt is a corporate language and cultural training company helping global organisations communicate and lead across borders. We work with HR, L&D, and Global Mobility leaders — and we're looking for a hungry, self-starting graduate to help us grow.

This is a commission-only, fully remote role. Your earnings are uncapped and entirely in your hands. The more you sell, the more you make.

What you'll do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in HR, L&D, and Global Mobility
• Support the full sales cycle — from research and outreach to meetings and follow-up
• Help build our pipeline and track activity in our CRM
• Represent elt professionally across email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Grow into a full sales role as the business scales

What we're looking for

• Recent graduate (any degree discipline welcome)
• A natural communicator who enjoys talking to people
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry to learn
• Organised and comfortable working independently
• Interest in language, culture, or international business is a big plus
