Elton Recruitment is partnering with a global organisation to appoint an experienced Facilities / Workplace Manager to oversee a multi-country office portfolio across APAC. This role is ideal for a service-driven FM/Workplace professional who enjoys delivering operational excellence while contributing to wider regional strategy.
The Opportunity
You will oversee several office locations across the region, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and customer-focused workplace experience. Operating within multi-tenant environments, youll manage service partners, champion best practice, and deliver an exceptional employee experience. This position is based in Seoul with additional oversight of locations in China, Japan, and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the facilities management operating model to support effective workflows and team capability.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the regional portfolio.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs, performance standards, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring value for money and strong performance measurement.
- Prepare and manage operational and capital budgets, including purchase order and invoice approvals.
- Minimise risk and deliver improvement against agreed objectives.
- Champion a customer-first culture with high standards of service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaborative success.
- Oversee performance reporting, data analysis, and management information systems.
- Lead health, safety, and environmental compliance, including audits and risk assessments.
- Participate in service reviews and implement enhancements to improve workplace operations.
- Ensure site teams and suppliers are fully trained, qualified, and equipped to deliver effectively.
About You
- Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Background in facilities or workplace management within a corporate or office environment.
- Strong understanding of supplier management, SLAs, and service delivery frameworks.
- Confident with budgeting, reporting, and data-led operational decision-making.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures.
