Job Description:

They want someone at team leader/manager level with a strong infrastructure and end-user computing (EUC) background to manage a team supporting internal users, so supporting all the mobile devices, tablets, and laptops etc.This is a hands-on leadership role. they will be responsible for overseeing a technical team that supports, manages, and improves Microsoft Intune, Office 365, and other modern workplace tools across the organisation. Theyll be responsible for day-to-day team operations, mentoring, task management, and ensuring delivery across multiple infrastructure support projects.Key Focus Areas:

  • Team leadership: Managing a small team of engineers in a support-heavy environment
  • Microsoft Intune: Deep hands-on experience is essential (device compliance, enrolment, policies)
  • End-user computing (EUC): Strong knowledge of user device management, support tooling, remote management, automation, etc.
  • Infrastructure experience: Solid grounding in cloud, modern workplace solutions, and internal support systems (Office 365, Citrix, VMware)
  • Agile mindset: Experience managing work in sprints, breaking down tasks, and leading team delivery
