Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting IT Operations under the Infrastructure domain, including Servers, Multi-Domain Active Directory, Office 365, Security, and Identity/Privilege Management. The position requires proven experience in managing both on-premises and cloud-hosted environments. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves working with multiple business units across international, multi-site operations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage systems, etc.).
  • Administer both on-premises and cloud environments to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
  • Conduct capacity planning and scaling of infrastructure resources to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain infrastructure for optimal performance and continuous operations.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across systems and networks.
  • Administer Office 365 services (Licensing, Azure Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD Connect).
  • Manage multi-domain environments including Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
  • Oversee mail flow administration including Exchange Online, mailboxes, and spam filtering.
  • Monitor Office 365 service health, security status, and alerts.
  • Enforce enterprise standards for IT architecture, governance, and change control.
  • Provide Level 3 support for escalated help desk issues.
  • Ensure timely application of security patches to workstations, servers, and applications.
  • Document systems, dependencies, and configurations thoroughly.
  • Continuously monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on implementation, training, and communication strategies.
  • Investigate reported issues, perform troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate requirements such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, Data Loss Prevention, and Data Retention.
  • Automate administrative workloads with PowerShell scripts.
  • Configure and manage Azure/Cloud networks in line with best practices.
  • Partner with vendors and third-party solution providers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Plan, test, and implement disaster recovery strategies and backup solutions to minimize downtime and data loss.

  • Follow change management best practices and quality control for system/environment modifications.
  • Maintain agreed service levels for incident management, response, and resolution.
  • Keep system documentation updated as projects, enhancements, and incident solutions move to production.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
