Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key support for four Account Partners and assist with daily operations
  • Drive execution of client deliverables to an exceptional standard
  • Process advertising bookings secured by Account Partners
  • Manage key campaign performance reports
  • Ensure accuracy and timely production of contracts
  • Coordinate and launch advertising creative on schedule
  • Design marketing and sales collateral
  • Build and refine client-facing presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Lead sales conversations with smaller direct clients over time

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of solid background in account management, managing and executing digital advertising campaigns
  • A team player who can adapt to evolving priorities and thrive in a dynamic setting
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and can manage workload effectively with a high degree of independence
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for client and internal interactions
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Experience utilizing SAAS platforms is a plus
