About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst responsible for developing financial models, monetization models, and unit economics for the company's current and new products. To successfully complete these tasks, you will need an analytical mindset, critical thinking, attention to detail, and, of course, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update financial models, monetization models, and unit economics for the company's current and new products.
• Prepare reports for plan-to-actual analysis for the company as a whole and by product, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating and investment activities.
• Investment evaluation of company initiatives: work with company departments to evaluate the financial effectiveness of initiatives.
• Prepare regular and timely reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Analysis of the company's and individual product's financial performance, including causes of deviations.
• Participation in the budgeting process: monitoring compliance of budget data with financial models, analyzing business growth drivers.
• Participation in adjusting management accounting methodology.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Economic or financial education, preferably CFA, ACCA, or CMA certifications.
• Financial modeling skills: both developing models from scratch and maintaining existing financial models.
• Deep understanding of unit economics, ability to calculate LTV, CAC, and ROI.
• Understanding the fundamentals of corporate finance and management accounting.
• Desirable: understanding the specifics of mining and cryptocurrency.
