We are looking for a strong Product Aligment Marketing Manager to lead our P2P direction.

If you're passionate about driving user acquisition, building communities, and scaling crypto products globally, this role is for you. You will be at the forefront of our go-to-market efforts, combining data-driven performance campaigns with creative community strategies to fuel EMCDs growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market strategy for the P2P vertical, tailored to market specifics.

  • Launch and scale performance- and community-driven campaigns across key channels (Google, Meta, TG,

    Twitter, etc).
  • Build and develop partner networks (affiliates, ambassadors, KOLs).

  • Conduct deep analytics of user flows: conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU.

  • Work closely with product and product marketing teams to optimize UX and boost transactional activity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in crypto/fintech/P2P/staking protocols/liquidity products.

  • Proven track record of launching growth campaigns that brought thousands of new users.

  • Understanding of tokenomics and crypto user behavior is a plus.

  • Ability to build acquisition funnels with a focus on regional specifics (including emerging markets).

  • Experience working with analytics dashboards and ad platforms.
