We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions. 

EMCD comprises a complete ecosystem of crypto services built around a top 10 global mining pool (#1 in Eastern Europe). 

About the role:

• You will be a key player in our team, helping us scale hiring, improve processes, and increase recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:

• An experienced recruiter with 5+ years in recruitment (preferably in IT/Fintech).
• Someone who can work independently and make decisions.
• A professional who builds strong relationships with hiring managers.
• An expert who understands the market and knows how to attract top talent.
• A partner who doesnt just fill positions but analyzes, suggests improvements, and influences hiring processes.
