Affiliate Manager

EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building a complete ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products.

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to scale our global presence through influencer and KOL partnerships in the crypto, fintech, and investment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer & KOL Acquisition

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard influencers, YouTubers, and KOLs in the crypto, fintech, and investment niches (Twitter/X, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, etc).
• Build and maintain a CRM database of influencer leads and partnership stages.
• Negotiate collaboration terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals), coordinate contract signing and onboarding.

2. Campaign Management

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aimed at driving sign-ups, deposits, and wallet activations through the affiliate program.
• Coordinate creatives, tracking links, and postback integrations with the affiliate team.
• Ensure influencer content aligns with EMCDs brand and compliance guidelines.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor influencer performance through analytics dashboards (Affise).
• Analyze conversion rates, ROI, and user retention; optimize future campaigns based on data.
• Collaborate with the affiliate product manager and analytics team to identify top-performing channels and scale results.

4. Brand Partnerships

• Develop joint activities such as AMAs, Twitter Spaces, YouTube collaborations, etc., with influencers and affiliates.
• Represent EMCD at online and offline industry events (conferences, meetups, panels).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in influencer or partnership marketing (preferably in crypto / fintech / Web3).
• Existing network of influencers in the crypto or fintech niche (preferably working on CPA/RevShare models).
• Solid understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Sub-referral mechanics.
• Experience with affiliate tracking tools and campaign analytics (Affise or similar).
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher + Russian mandatory; Spanish is a strong plus.

Challenges:

• Acquire 10-15 new influencer partnerships per month across priority GEOs.
• Launch campaigns with measurable CPA/ROI targets.
• Achieve positive ROI and target CAC for influencer-driven traffic within 90 days.
