EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for a curious and hands-on HR & Support Analyst to drive the development of analytics for our people and customer service functions. This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing clarity through data, building structure where there is none, and helping teams make better decisions based on insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build HR analytics (dashboards, alert systems, and structured reporting processes).
  • Design and maintain a robust process for collecting, cleaning, and organizing HR-related data.
  • Analyze hiring funnels, team structures, employee engagement, and other people-related metrics to support the HR team in making data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to identify key metrics, track progress, and surface actionable insights.
  • Assist the Support team by identifying inefficiencies, analyzing user requests, and improving internal and external service quality through data.
  • Develop monitoring tools for Support performance, including speed, quality, and workload distribution metrics.
  • Provide full-cycle analytical support for HR and Support teams from metrics definition and data collection to recommendations and strategic insights.
  • Contribute to the development of a company-wide data culture, with a focus on operational functions.
  • Work on the foundational data model for HR and Support domains.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst.
  • Strong SQL skills, and experience with Python, including applications outside traditional analysis.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Superset.
  • Solid grounding in statistics and data interpretation.
  • A structured mindset and love for organization, order, and clean systems.
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts is a plus.
  • Experience with GitLab and Airflow is an advantage.
