We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to help us evaluate opportunities, optimize performance, and support expansion across diverse regions.
Responsabilities:
- Market Potential Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data to assess regional opportunities and prioritize launches.
- Unit Economics Evaluation: Calculate and interpret key metrics across markets, including CAC, LTV, Payback Period, ARPU, GMV, ROI, retention, and churn.
- Financial Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze revenue streams, gross and net margin, and the share of paying users in new markets.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models for user growth, revenue planning, and marketing budget allocation.
- Marketing Funnel Analytics: Design, monitor, and optimize funnels covering acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
- Cohort & Experimentation: Run cohort analyses, segmentation studies, and A/B tests (marketing + product), while generating hypotheses and conducting post-launch reviews for GTM teams.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Amplitude) and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, expansion, and product teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Marketing Analyst.
- Strong skills in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Python or R is a big plus.
- Experience with BI and analytics tools (Amplitude, Power BI, GA4, Looker, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Solid understanding of financial and digital product KPIs (LTV, CAC, ARPU, P&L, ROI).
- Proven ability to build business models and forecasts based on data.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or international markets is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail, independence, and structured thinking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings as clear, actionable insights.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
