About the job Head of Growth

We are looking for a talented Head of Growth to lead our user acquisition and revenue growth efforts across crypto products. You will work on scaling users globally, optimizing funnels, and launching new initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a user and revenue growth strategy for products: mining pool, wallet, investment solutions, affiliate program

  • Grow the user base of miners and crypto investors in B2C and B2B2C segments through performance marketing, community, influencers, PR, and product mechanics

  • Scale presence in international Web3/crypto communities (Latin America, Asia, Eastern Europe, etc.)

  • Build an experimentation system: A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, onboarding, referral and retention mechanics

  • Analyze funnel data (registration hardware connection/investments retention), identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with the product team to grow key metrics: Retention, TVL, ARPU, Hashrate

  • Participate in the development and launch of new products within the ecosystem (e.g., staking, new investment tools)

  • Build and manage an effective growth marketing team: hiring, development, coordination

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 companies (B2C or B2B2C)

  • Strong understanding of LTV, CAC, ROAS, Retention, Funnel Conversion and ability to manage them

  • Experience building and scaling marketing in international projects

  • Proficiency with tools: Google Analytics, Amplitude / Mixpanel, ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, etc.), BI systems

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
