Product Designer (Wallet)

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody solutions, mining services, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Wallet product team. In this role, you will focus on secure and reliable user flows, transaction experiences, and financial operations, ensuring that users feel confident and comfortable interacting with their crypto assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Wallet functionalities, including payments, transactions, and account management.
• Work closely with PMs and developers to deliver secure, user-friendly interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance the Wallet design system, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate solutions and optimize UX.
• Own design tasks from ideation to production, including attention to error states and edge cases.
• Propose improvements to enhance trust, usability, and overall user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or transactional products.
• Strong UX thinking with focus on secure, accurate, and reliable user flows.

• Experience with design systems and cross-functional teamwork.

• Proactive, independent, and responsible for driving design initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English B1/B2 or higher.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion design, 3D, or visual storytelling experience.

• Understanding of product metrics and analytics.

• T-shaped skillset: broad product perspective with deep design expertise.

Tasks

• Validate UX with users and iterate based on feedback.

• Ensure design solutions align with security, usability, and product goals.
