Responsibilities:

Product Development & Promotion:

  • Work closely with the product manager to improve platform functionality.

  • Identify new ways to increase product profitability and expand into new markets.

Proactive Merchant Acquisition:

  • Search for and attract new merchants in various regions to place offers on the platform.

  • Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with merchants.

  • Participate in industry conferences, expos, and forums to grow the sales pipeline.

Collaboration with Crypto Exchanges:

  • Establish and maintain business relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges.

  • Conduct negotiations to secure mutually beneficial cooperation terms.

Managing Agencies, Affiliates & Referral Partners:

  • Organize and manage relationships with agencies, affiliates, and referrers to attract new users and promote the P2P platform.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on activities, user engagement, and key performance metrics.

  • Systematize and maintain internal documentation and data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in P2P exchange operations.

  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency exchange and P2P markets. Prior experience with a P2P product is preferred.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work with documentation and reporting.

  • English level B2+ or higher.
