About the job Business Development Manager - P2P Product
Responsibilities:
Product Development & Promotion:

Work closely with the product manager to improve platform functionality.

Identify new ways to increase product profitability and expand into new markets.
Proactive Merchant Acquisition:

Search for and attract new merchants in various regions to place offers on the platform.

Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with merchants.

Participate in industry conferences, expos, and forums to grow the sales pipeline.
Collaboration with Crypto Exchanges:
-
Establish and maintain business relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges.

Conduct negotiations to secure mutually beneficial cooperation terms.
Managing Agencies, Affiliates & Referral Partners:
-
Organize and manage relationships with agencies, affiliates, and referrers to attract new users and promote the P2P platform.
Reporting & Documentation:
-
Prepare regular reports on activities, user engagement, and key performance metrics.

Systematize and maintain internal documentation and data.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in P2P exchange operations.
-
Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency exchange and P2P markets. Prior experience with a P2P product is preferred.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Ability to work with documentation and reporting.

English level B2+ or higher.
