About the job Solution Architect

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead complex architecture initiatives across our ecosystem and bring a structured approach to cross-product integrations. You'll take ownership of platform-wide architecture and lead a team of system analysts focused on integrations, requirements, and process quality.

You'll work at the intersection of product and engineering, aligning business needs with scalable architectural solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3 system analysts focused on integration, business requirements, and process quality

  • Design architecture for complex cross-product integrations across 30+ products

  • Develop and implement architectural standards and governance processes

  • Establish a scalable and structured requirements engineering process

  • Provide technical input for epic prioritization and business risk assessment

  • Align architecture decisions with engineering, product, and design leadership

  • Own architectural development of core platform domains: IAM, accounting, CVM, showcases, internal tools

  • Maintain architectural documentation using a docs-as-code approach (ADR, diagrams, API specs)

  • Manage cross-team dependencies and align solutions across 8 business domains

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role

  • Background in financial products, banking, or fintech

  • Strong hands-on experience with architecture in enterprise-scale product environments

  • Deep understanding of integration patterns: messaging queues, CQRS, event-driven design, distributed transactions

  • Proficient in API design (REST, gRPC, event-based APIs), including versioning strategies

  • Experience with microservice architecture and production-grade implementation

  • Familiar with documentation tools such as PlantUML, Structurizr, DBML

  • Able to design and lead requirement analysis processes

  • Proven experience building architecture standards, patterns, and governance systems

  • Skilled in mentoring and developing technical team members

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with our tech stack: Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, ArgoCD

  • Experience with platform-level (PaaS) architecture

  • Understanding of blockchain or crypto infrastructure
