Business Development Manager LATAM (Fintech / P2P / Earn Products)

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and locally connected Business Development Manager to drive partnerships and growth across Latin America. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the P2P, Earn, and broader fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard key partners: market makers, P2P merchants, and PSPs.

  • Cultivate relationships with financial institutions (banks, EMIs, regulators).

  • Lead negotiations for local P2P and Earn product integrations.

  • Develop strategies to enhance P2P liquidity and user engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless partner onboarding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development within fintech, crypto, or digital payments.

  • Proven success with financial institutions and regulatory bodies in LATAM.

  • Experience in growing P2P platforms and onboarding regional partners.

  • Fluent in Spanish (native), English (C1); Portuguese is a  plus.

  • Willingness to travel for face-to-face negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CEXs, DEXs, and DeFi business models.

  • Experience with API integrations and payment infrastructures.

  • Strong understanding of KYC/AML compliance and local regulations.
