About the job In-App Media Buying Team Lead
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute in-app traffic acquisition strategies via top mobile ad networks: Applovin, ironSource, Unity Ads, Chartboost, Vungle, Mintegral, and others.

Independently launch and optimize campaigns at the initial stage.

Continuously test hypotheses, explore new channels, creatives, and approaches.

Set tasks and establish workflows with designers, tech specialists, and analysts.

Analyze data and prepare reports, making decisions based on key metrics (CPI, ROI, LTV, retention).

Once stable performance is achieved hire, onboard, and manage a team of media buyers; structure internal processes.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in crypto/fintech verticals and in-app media buying.

Deep knowledge of in-app ad networks (Applovin, Unity, ironSource, etc.).

Hands-on experience managing large media buying budgets (from $50K+).

Experience working with attribution and analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Keitaro).

Strong leadership skills: ability to structure workflows, hire, and mentor a team.

Analytical mindset, flexibility, and readiness to work in a fast-changing environment.

English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
