Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute in-app traffic acquisition strategies via top mobile ad networks: Applovin, ironSource, Unity Ads, Chartboost, Vungle, Mintegral, and others.

  • Independently launch and optimize campaigns at the initial stage.

  • Continuously test hypotheses, explore new channels, creatives, and approaches.

  • Set tasks and establish workflows with designers, tech specialists, and analysts.

  • Analyze data and prepare reports, making decisions based on key metrics (CPI, ROI, LTV, retention).

  • Once stable performance is achieved hire, onboard, and manage a team of media buyers; structure internal processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in crypto/fintech verticals and in-app media buying.

  • Deep knowledge of in-app ad networks (Applovin, Unity, ironSource, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience managing large media buying budgets (from $50K+).

  • Experience working with attribution and analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Keitaro).

  • Strong leadership skills: ability to structure workflows, hire, and mentor a team.

  • Analytical mindset, flexibility, and readiness to work in a fast-changing environment.

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
