Were looking for an experienced and strategic Head of SMM to lead our social media marketing efforts, build international brand awareness, and drive community engagement across multiple platforms. This is a leadership position responsible for developing a holistic SMM strategy, managing a creative team, and ensuring measurable growth through organic and paid channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SMM strategy to promote the brand across social media platforms.

  • Lead and manage the SMM team, including content creators, copywriters, and designers.

  • Expand into new international markets by creating region-specific social media strategies.

  • Build marketing funnels to attract audiences, increase engagement, and convert followers into paying customers.

  • Participate in content planning, topic development, and selecting post formats.

  • Analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and continuously optimize based on insights.

  • Manage paid social media campaigns, testing ad creatives and audience targeting strategies.

  • Seek and manage collaborations and partnerships with other brands and influencers.

  • Monitor brand reputation by tracking mentions, feedback, and community discussions.

  • Optimize internal processes, automate workflows, and implement new tools for team productivity.

Requirements:

  • 45 years of experience in SMM and digital marketing, with at least 12 years in a leadership role.

  • English proficiency at B2-C1 level for managing communications in international markets.

  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and their application in social media.

  • Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to optimize content strategies using data.

  • Deep knowledge of how major social media platforms operate: Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

  • Proven team management skills ability to build, scale, and lead an effective SMM team.

  • Hands-on experience working with influencers and partners, with an understanding of native brand integration.

  • Strong content marketing skills knowing how to create content that resonates with the audience.

  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and agility to adapt to new platform algorithms and promotion mechanics.
