Event Designer

EMCD is one of the top crypto ecosystems, and we regularly take part in major global events from blockchain summits in Dubai to Web3 expos in Japan. We're looking for an Event Designer who can turn our presence into an immersive visual experience.

What you'll do:

• Design event concepts end-to-end: from spatial layout and visual style to full deliverables

• Develop booth designs, navigation, zone logic, and interaction scenarios

• Oversee contractors: review visuals, blueprints, and physical builds in line with brand guidelines

• Support content production on-site (photo/video/stories) or brief external creators

• Create preview materials and organize visual assets for social media and post-event wrap-ups

What we expect:

• Proven experience in event/spatial design (expos, conferences, brand zones)

• Strong spatial thinking, proportion sense, and layout logic

• Ability to work within brand guidelines and systems

• Ownership from idea to execution

• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.)

• Attention to material quality, surface details, and user experience flows

• Research and visual exploration: benchmarks, moodboarding, style matching

• Fluency in Russian is required; English is a plus for communication with international vendors

Nice to have:

• 3D visualization skills (Blender, AutoCAD or similar)

• Experience preparing physical media (banners, lightboxes, signage, print)

• Interest in AR/VR, sensor tech, projection mapping

• Ability to write briefs for printers and tech contractors
