EMCD is an international fintech product company. Our distributed team works from all over the world and we're looking for someone who will shape and grow our employer brand so that employees feel proud to be part of EMCD, and candidates dream of joining us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute our employer brand strategy both internally (culture, engagement) and externally (employer reputation on the market).
- Launch projects that connect our global team and build a sense of unity across countries, languages, and time zones.
- Organize internal events (online and offline), manage company merch, and develop our visual identity.
- Develop external communications social media, publications, conference participation, and employer branding campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with designers, HR, and marketing to create impactful and consistent solutions.
- Take a data-driven approach form hypotheses, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within fast-growing tech or international companies.
- Proven track record in building salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programs from scratch.
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets and experience using compensation or data modeling tools.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align compensation strategy to performance, culture, and retention goals.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when working with sensitive employee data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Russian (Advanced level).
