About the job BD P2P Lead
We're looking for a proactive professional BD P2P to drive the growth of our P2P business by building strong partnerships with merchants and expanding into new regions.
Responsibilities:

Search for and attract reliable P2P merchants (traders) to work on the EMCD platform.

Negotiate and close deals with key partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.

Analyze and develop new markets (APAC, CIS, LATAM, etc.) to expand the P2P business.

Organize and oversee P2P partnerships, including promotions, bonuses, and marketing activities.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to attract users and increase trading volumes.

Monitor liquidity metrics and ensure the competitiveness of offers on the platform.
Requirements:

Proven experience in BD or partnership program management within P2P.

Understanding of P2P platform mechanics and the specifics of working with traders.

Strong negotiation skills with business owners and large-scale merchants.

Existing network of contacts in the P2P/crypto field is a plus.

Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages are an advantage).
