EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building a complete ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products.

Were looking for a Head of HR Operations to lead and scale our People Operations function. This role will take full ownership of operational excellence across HR processes from automation and documentation to team management and process optimisation ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, oversee, and continuously improve core People Ops processes: onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, HRIS management, and compliance.
  • Lead a distributed team of 4-5 operations specialists, driving performance, growth, and accountability.
  • Implement automation tools and digital workflows to streamline HR operations, reporting, and data management.
  • Establish and maintain unified operational standards and quality controls across the organisation.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Recruitment, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and monitor key operational metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all HR transactions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading HR Operations in a global or distributed company.
  • Solid track record in team management including hiring, development, and offboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with HR process automation, HRIS systems, and document management.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, data accuracy, and process optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher) both written and spoken.
