Chief Treasurer (Fintech, Crypto)

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

Due to continued growth and monitoring of market trends, we are

looking for a Chief Treasurer (who have solid experience with banks in various foreign jurisdictions (EU, UK, USA, UAE, etc.), you will be responsible for liquidity management and also engaged in optimizing the Treasury block processes. We are prioritizing candidates with experience or a deep interest in the Crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling the work of the treasurer team, setting goals, evaluating performance;
• Participating in the development of department regulations and procedures;
• Working with banks in various foreign jurisdictions (EU, UK, US, UAE, etc.), managing operations and optimizing processes;
• Preparing daily and special liquidity reports;
• Control over the company's cash flows (expense transactions and tracking the balance of free funds in accounts);
• Processing fiat accounts, including SWIFT and SEPA transactions;
• Daily checks and payments to users of funds;
• Conducting regular audits.

Requirements:

• Higher education (finance);
• Experience in finance (treasury) for at least 5 years;
• Experience working with foreign banks (EU, USA, UAE, China, etc.) is mandatory;
• Experience in the Fintech industry (payment systems, neo-banks, etc.) is desirable;
• Advanced Excel user, experience with Power BI is desirable;
• Knowledge of AML/Compliance processes;
• Experience in asset management in both fiat and crypto systems;
• Experience working with crypto exchanges (Binance, Kraken, KuCoin, OKX, Gate, etc.) is also desirable.

• Attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data;
• Responsibility and willingness to work with large amounts of information;
• Leadership qualities, desire to constantly develop, improve your knowledge in the subject area;
