We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our products across the MENA region.

You'll be responsible for shaping our market positioning, building go-to-market strategies, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop product positioning and messaging

  • Build comprehensive messaging frameworks (Value Proposition, RTB, offers, objection handling) and adapt them to

    regional specifics.
  • Conduct competitive and audience analysis to define market differentiation.

  • Ensure clear and compelling value communication across all customer touchpoints.

Design and execute Go-to-Market strategies

  • Define customer segments, key channels, and offers tailored to regional audiences.

  • Provide marketing, sales, and support teams with insights on product positioning, customer pain points, and messaging triggers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Creative teams to execute GTM initiatives.

Oversee content localization and brand consistency

  • Support and train regional teams to ensure brand and tone alignment.

  • Review landing pages, CRM flows, PR materials, and event content for localization quality and brand coherence.

  • Maintain consistent messaging across all internal and external communications.

Iterate and improve based on feedback

  • Collect performance data and qualitative insights from launches and campaigns.

  • Generate hypotheses, refine messaging, and optimize GTM approaches.

  • Strengthen product-market fit through continuous learning and iteration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth / Expansion Marketing Manager, Country

    Manager, or Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Proven track record of launching products in new international markets from scratch.

  • Solid understanding of marketing campaign management in a global or multi-market environment.

  • Fluent English (proficiency in other relevant regional languages is a plus).

  • Experience in crypto or fintech is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive execution.
