Team Lead (Blockchain Wallet)

About the role:

We are looking for a strong technical leader to drive the development of our Blockchain Wallet platform. This role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership: you will design and build reliable backend services, ensure financial and security correctness and guide a team of engineers to deliver value to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a backend team (hiring, mentoring, 1:1s, goal setting)
• Define architecture and ensure code quality (Go, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis/NATS)
• Drive Agile processes: sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives
• Deliver highly available (99.9%+) wallet services with correct financial logic
• Build secure and observable systems: Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, Prometheus, Vault/KMS
• Balance high-level system design with hands-on coding when needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Go development, 2+ years as Team Lead or Engineering Manager
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and event-driven design
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong understanding of security, reliability, and fintech-grade consistency
• Excellent communication, ownership, and team-building skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or blockchain systems
• DevSecOps background (SAST/DAST, dependency scanning)
• Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and GitOps experience
