Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand a partner network among institutional clients, including hedge funds, family offices, venture funds, crypto banks, brokers, and OTC desks.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and build relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, partners, portfolio managers)
- Prepare and deliver product presentations (Coinhold B2B, Earn, Custody, Liquidity, Mining), showcasing economic benefits and unit economics.
- Conduct negotiations and manage the full deal cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing funds, developing tailored investment strategies.
- Handle objections and assist clients in integration and process setup. 
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and Telegram/LinkedIn communities to network and attract new institutional partners.
- Gather and structure market analytics on institutional clients for CRM and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Institutional Sales or Business Development (finance, investment, crypto, venture capital, or wealth management).
- Strong understanding of the crypto market structure, fund operations, risk management, and investment products (Earn, staking, lending, custody, liquidity).
- Proven track record of acquiring institutional clients and closing large-scale contracts ($100K+).
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher capable of professional correspondence, negotiations, and presentations.
- Established network of relevant institutional contacts (funds, family offices, crypto investors).
- Ability to negotiate at the partner level with fund representatives, LPs, GPs, and wealth advisors.
