Organisational Development Manager

Role description

• Analyze and design the company's organizational structure

• Optimize the distribution of functions, roles, and responsibilities

• Collaborate with top management and executives to align changes

• Develop proposals for departmental restructuring and new management models

• Oversee implementation of changes and evaluate effectiveness

• Prepare and present proactive recommendations on organizational design
• Research competitors and industry practices from an organizational design perspective

Requirements

• Experience in HRD, organizational development, or change management
  

• Background in consulting (Big4 experience is a strong plus)

• Proven experience working with founders and C-level executives

• Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies

• Strong systems thinking, strategic planning, and risk assessment skills

• Ability to operate in conditions of uncertainty and incomplete information

• Willingness to combine strategic work with hands-on operational tasks

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Flexible mindset with the ability to defend your position and reach agreements
• Russian language C1
  English B2+
