EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Webflow / Tilda Designer to support our growing design infrastructure. This role is focused on building and maintaining websites, landing pages, and design system components, with an emphasis on high-quality execution and process optimization across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain websites, landing pages, and reusable components in Tilda and Webflow, with a primary focus on Webflow.
  • Migrate and adapt existing pages, templates, and systems from Tilda to Webflow while preserving structure, layout logic, and style consistency.
  • Organize and manage workspaces and project structures to ensure clarity, accessibility, and ease of navigation.
  • Conduct qualitative assessments of current design systems, templates, and development workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement modern tools and integrations to streamline Figma to Webflow/Tilda workflows, including plugins, auto-generation, export, and sync tools.
  • Participate actively in shaping internal design operations by maintaining documentation and standardizing design-to-development approaches.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and maintain a high level of visual quality across all deliverables.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the companys web style by researching visual trends, improving aesthetic benchmarks, and introducing cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with both Tilda and Webflow, including an understanding of platform-specific features, workflows, and constraints.
  • Experience in web design and responsive layout, with the ability to produce clean, structured, and well-balanced visual compositions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, including component libraries, layout grids, auto layout, exports, and working within design systems.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and technical requirements accurately, communicate uncertainties, and deliver pixel-perfect design solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a methodical, independent approach to task management.
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript to support custom blocks, integrations, or unconventional solutions.

Challenges

  • Migrating large-scale content structures while preserving design integrity and optimizing platform logic.
  • Establishing internal design and build standards where processes are evolving or being created from scratch.
  • Ensuring seamless transitions between design and implementation across multiple platforms and teams.
  • Introducing automation tools and improving cross-tool interoperability to increase production efficiency.
  • Integrating third-party services and setting up forms, tracking, and custom features with minimal reliance on engineering.
