Responsibilities:

  • Launching and managing ambassador programs, community initiatives, and special campaigns.
  • Developing the ecosystem growth strategy through ambassadors, partners, influencers, and local hubs.
  • Managing content-driven and educational projects, including events, learning programs, and activation campaigns.
  • Coordinating regional representatives, key opinion leaders, and local communities.
  • Designing incentive mechanisms, gamification, and participant motivation systems.
  • Organizing special events, hackathons, grant programs, offline meetups, tours, and collaborations.
  • Managing partnerships with funds, protocols, exchanges, ecosystems, communities, and media.
  • Monitoring community metrics and the performance of ambassador initiatives, including growth, retention, and conversion.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, risks, and overall quality of execution.
  • Leading communication with stakeholders and investors.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience working with communities, ambassador programs, or ecosystems in Web3.
  • Strong understanding of crypto community culture and behavioral patterns.
  • Ability to launch initiatives in environments with limited or undefined processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Understanding of incentive-driven systems, including tokens, rewards, ranks, and contribution models.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across community, marketing, and product.

Challenges:

  • Difficulty in measuring ROI, as the impact of initiatives is often delayed.
  • Constant switching between strategic work and hands-on execution.
  • The need to continuously adapt mechanics to market conditions and emerging trends.
  • High competition among Web3 ecosystems for ambassadors and audience attention.
