Product Designer (Pool)

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody solutions, mining services, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Pool product team. In this role, you will focus on core user flows, registration and authentication scenarios, and high-impact platform interactions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Design Leads to create seamless experiences for users engaging with our mining and pool services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for core mining pool functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineering to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across Pool interfaces.
• Participate in user research, testing, and validation of design solutions.
• Take ownership of design tasks from ideation to delivery, ensuring user-focused, production-ready solutions.
• Propose innovative UX improvements and new feature concepts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design for digital products.
• Strong UX thinking and ability to design complex user flows and edge cases.
• Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of design initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to present and justify design decisions.
• English B1/B2 or higher.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion design, 3D, or visual storytelling experience.

• Understanding of product metrics and analytics.

• T-shaped skillset: broad product perspective with deep design expertise.

Tasks

• Deliver reliable, consistent UX solutions for high-priority mining pool features.
• Validate design decisions through user research and data-driven insights.
• Own end-to-end design initiatives, from problem definition to production.
• Ensure design solutions are clear, user-friendly, and aligned with product goals.
