Product Designer (Eco)

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody solutions, mining services, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Eco (Ecosystem) product team. In this role, you will focus on cross-product experiences, system-level design, and ecosystem-wide consistency, ensuring that users have a seamless experience across multiple interconnected services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain consistent UX across multiple products and platforms within the ecosystem.
• Work closely with PMs, developers, and other designers to align on cross-product initiatives.
• Participate in discovery sessions, hypothesis testing, and user research to guide design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to support scalability and consistency.
• Take ownership of complex, system-wide design tasks and drive them to completion.
• Propose improvements that enhance overall ecosystem usability and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably with multi-product platforms or ecosystems.
• Strong UX thinking with a focus on system-level and cross-product consistency.
• Experience with design systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Independent, proactive, and able to lead design initiatives.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• English B1/B2 or higher.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion design, 3D, or visual storytelling experience.

• Understanding of product analytics and metrics.

• T-shaped skillset: broad product perspective with deep design expertise.

Tasks

• Deliver consistent, scalable design solutions across the Eco ecosystem.
• Validate and iterate designs using user research and data insights.

• Lead cross-product design initiatives end-to-end.

• Ensure solutions are aligned with product strategy and ecosystem goals.
