Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Data Collection

  • Identify and collect B2B contact data across English-speaking markets.
  • Build lead lists based on ICP criteria and business hypotheses.
  • Validate data accuracy (emails, LinkedIn, job titles, company details).

Data Enrichment & Segmentation

  • Use sourcing tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and others.
  • Segment and classify leads into ICP/ABM clusters.
  • Enrich contact and company profiles with additional data points.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Provide validated lead lists to SDRs for campaign launches.
  • Maintain detailed reporting on lead database quality and outcomes.
  • Continuously analyze results and improve research processes.

Experience & Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sourcing or lead research for English-speaking markets.
  • Strong proficiency in search techniques and research tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc.
  • Understanding of ICP principles, segmentation, and ABM strategies.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to structure and enrich lead databases systematically.
  • English level: B2 or higher (reading, research, and communication).
