Job description

  • Define project scope, deliverables and expected benefits that support business case in collaboration with project sponsor.
  • Create effective project and resource plans, ensuring costs/timescales are realistic and risk/issues are identified.
  • Ensure all formal project controls (Risks, Issues, Changes, Dependencies, etc.) are visible and managed appropriately.
  • Identify and secure required resources (human resources, finances, infrastructure) in-line with requirements identified in the business case.
  • Identify any third-party resources (e.g. 3rd party suppliers / contractors, advisors / subject matter experts) needed to provide specific knowledge and skills.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, project sponsor.
  • Lead and manage project daily operations pertaining to the execution and delivery.
  • Ensure that project remains within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality.
  • Deliver projects in line with agreed outcomes to schedule, scope, quality and budget.
  • Identify all project stakeholders and assess their role in ensuring project success /their level of support and create a stakeholder engagement and communication plan.
  • Prepare a quality review plan at the beginning of each project to define quality assurance activity for projects and deliverables.
  • Complete change request forms and provide an impact analysis of any proposed change, highlighting the expected changes to project schedule, timing, resources, cost and stakeholders.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage project budget within agreed project plan, including activities, resources and costs.
  • Perform formal project closedown in accordance with agreed project closure process.
  • Review deliverables prepared by team members/ third parties and comply with quality assurance procedure.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Studies or a similar field.
  • 4 years' in Project Management.
  • Project management training.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Fluent in English.
  • PMP is preferred.
