About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Executive to support the marketing, branding, and digital visibility of our services and tech product. The role is cumulative in nature combining digital execution with brand building, content development, and partner marketing.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands both creative content and strategic brand positioning, and can translate ideas into high-quality digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branding & Positioning
- Strengthen online presence across websites, LinkedIn and other professional channels
- Support the creation of thought leadership content tailored for multi region audiences
- Build a consistent brand narrative
2. Content Creation & Design
- Design marketing collaterals, social posts, and presentation assets using Canva
- Repurpose workshop insights, success stories, and announcements into digestible content
- Assist with light video clipping/editing for reels or short-form content
3. Digital Marketing Execution
- Maintain and update websites (content, layout, pages) on WordPress/Webflow/Wix
- Manage social media calendars and posting cadence
- Track performance metrics and analytics to improve engagement
4. Partner & Campaign Support
- Contribute to marketing activities for partner collaborations (events, webinars, launches)
- Build landing pages and registration/content-download pages for campaigns
- Help with post-event visibility and nurturing activities
5. Market / Competitor Research
- Conduct targeted research regarding our audience preferences
- Build lists of relevant companies / segments / engagement opportunities
- Support positioning strategy through insights and trend tracking
6. Skills & Experience
- 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong visual/content storytelling ability
- Proficiency with Canva (mandatory)
- Familiarity with WordPress/Webflow/Wix (advantage)
- Good understanding of LinkedIn as a branding platform (beyond posting)
- Strong written English; GCC exposure is a plus
- Initiative-taking, structured, and reliable
