Head of Payments and Infrastructure, Cyprus

You already know how complex global payments can be - PSPs, routing logic, crypto, fraud, compliance, FX, approvals.

But are you currently shaping the strategy or just managing the moving parts?

This role gives you full ownership of the payments ecosystem across multiple regulated markets — with direct access to the CEO and leadership team.

The Role

You'll define and lead the global payments roadmap.

That includes:

• PSP integrations and orchestration

• Card acquiring, APMs and Open Banking

• Wallet and crypto processing 

• Routing logic, reconciliation systems and automation

• AML/KYC workflows, fraud controls and chargeback management

Your focus is commercial as well as operational:

• Improve approval rates

• Reduce transaction costs and FX exposure

• Increase infrastructure resilience and uptime

• Support expansion into new regions

• Introduce new crypto and alternative payment solutions

About You

You bring 5–10+ years experience in payments leadership within fintech or iGaming environments. Experience scaling payment operations across multiple regulated markets. BSc/BA; MSc/MA degree preferred.

You understand:

• PSP integrations, APIs, routing and tokenisation

• Crypto payments or Web3 payment flows

• 3DS frameworks, anti-fraud tools and risk engines

• PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC and regulatory requirements

• Managing cost, approval performance and reconciliation

You're commercially aware, technically credible, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
