On behalf of our client, a fast-growing tech company building cutting-edge, data-driven tools that supercharge the businesses using them, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their expanding team. You can be based outside of Cyprus and work Remotely, or join their Limassol, Cyprus team on a Hybrid basis.

The Role:
  • Fully own Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), Propeller, and other platforms, from campaign creation, optimisation, and scaling to keyword research, negative keyword frameworks, smart and manual bidding, ad copy direction, and asset testing.
  • Assist with setting up and managing campaigns on Meta.
  • Plan and push campaigns into new regions, accounting for geo restrictions, cultural nuances, and platform limitations.
  • Create campaign ideas, proposals, and performance projections.
  • Ensure all ads follow Google's financial services policies and global brokerage/trading compliance rules to avoid account warnings, disapprovals, or bans.
  • Set up, configure, and manage Google Tag Manager (events, custom triggers, conversion tracking, data layer enhancements).
  • Deploy Smartlook / Hotjar (heatmaps, session recordings, funnels) to identify UX issues and improve landing-page flows.
  • Maintain and optimise Google Analytics (GA4 setup, events, parameters, conversions), and manage UTM tracking links, templates, and naming conventions.
  • Own the end-to-end attribution flow (Ad Landing Page CRM Sale), connecting campaigns to CRM events such as lead capture, quality evaluation, and conversion milestones.
  • Monitor lead flow quality and partner with sales/ops to refine audience targeting and ensure clean data flows into CRM dashboards.
  • Continuously analyse campaign metrics to spot drop-offs, expensive segments, poor-quality leads, and UX blockers, and improve landing-page speed, conversion rate, ad relevance, and funnel performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate keyword mining, competitor research, ad copy variations, data analysis, and campaign structuring, with strict human oversight to safeguard accuracy and compliance.

What our client is looking for:
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Smartlook/Hotjar (or similar), and Meta.
  • Solid understanding of tracking flows, UTMs, and conversion attribution.
  • Knowledge of landing-page Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
  • The ability to analyse data and present clear, actionable insights.
  • An understanding of financial/trading industry restrictions across ad platforms.
  • The confidence to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience advertising for Forex brokers, CFD brokers, Prop Trading firms, or Fintech products.
  • Understanding of regulated markets (EU, UK, MENA).
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • A track record of optimising landing pages and collaborating with developers/designers to improve funnels.
  • Basic HTML/CSS to read or troubleshoot tracking issues.
  • Familiarity with Cloudflare, WAF, or IP restrictions (especially for compliance geo-blocking).
  • Basic SQL or Looker Studio for reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic platforms.
  • A/B testing experience across ads, landing pages, and funnels.
