Senior Manager, Regional Marketing – Russia & CIS

Location: Limassol, Cyprus OR Dubai, UAE (you must be based in or able to relocate to one of these locations)

Language: Fluent Russian (native or near-native) and English – this is essential and non-negotiable. 

Expertise: Must have a FX trading or crypto/digital assets sector experience/background, i.e. previously to have worked in a forex/CFD/Crypto Trading Firm. 

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially driven marketing leader with deep expertise in the Russia and CIS markets to join a leading multi-brand online trading group. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for driving client acquisition, optimising onboarding funnels, and accelerating regional growth across Russian-speaking markets.

You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Payments, and Compliance to execute go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.

This role is only suitable for candidates who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Fluent Russian speaker (native or near-native level, written and spoken)
• Proven marketing experience specifically in Russia and/or CIS countries
• Background in financial services, online trading, brokerage, or fintech
• Based in Cyprus or Dubai, or able to relocate

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to Russian-speaking audiences, aligned with global brand objectives
• Own lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets for the Russia/CIS region
• Partner with Product and Marketing Ops to optimise the client onboarding journey using data and user insights
• Act as the internal voice of the region—sharing market intelligence, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations with leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution

What You Bring

Essential:

• 5+ years in a regional or digital marketing role with a specific focus on Russia/CIS
• Demonstrable experience in the financial services, trading, brokerage, or fintech sector
• Strong command of digital marketing: acquisition, CRM, funnel optimisation, performance marketing
• Commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable ROI
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical approach—comfortable using data to drive decisions
• Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)

Desirable:

• Experience with MetaTrader platforms or similar trading technology
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
